No matter how you feel it, we all seek greater joy in our life. And when we discover it, it literally changes our vibration. Life feels lighter, people are drawn to you and even the seemingly small stuff brings a smile to your face. Yet, for too many, joy is fleeting - something to be experienced in spurts or lost with a flip of a switch.

Believe it or not, joy is actually your natural state. You were born to appreciate and enjoy the full potential of joy in every area of your life. And even if you’re life experiences have taught you otherwise, you can heal and attract good things into your life.

Perhaps your parents taught you that life is supposed to be hard or that if you dare experience joy in the extreme, it might get taken away. You’ve developed a joy “set-point” and if you go beyond the boundaries of that point, self-sabotage, fear or doubt kick in – taking away any joy that you felt in the first place.

Joy Solution Coaching is designed to give you the courage to heal and the ability to follow genuine joy in your life. Imagine being able to call upon joy and understand where it lives in our bodies so we can access it at any time. In this 6-week program, we’ll do what I call “joy work” to help you uncover and truly expand joy into all areas of your life. You’ll learn how to:

  • Break through barriers and understand how your beliefs impact how much joy you feel.
  • Expand gratitude and focus on ways to remain in the present moment.
  • Consciously set an intention to be joyful by re-directing negative thoughts
  • Feel where joy vibrates or lives in your body
  • Do more of the things that bring you joy
  • Plan a Negativity Detox
  • Challenge your thinking
  • Acclimate to a new life filled with joy.

Using guided imagery and techniques designed to grow your sense of joy, you’ll learn how to monitor and shift any moment to connect back to your joyful vibration. You’ll also begin to attract situations and people who align with your new view – experiencing better relationships and leaving people how they can get in on whatever you’re doing to change your life.
